My Father’s House Lubbock is a Living and Learning Center campus with apartments; commercial kitchen and dining hall; an education wing with classrooms, meeting rooms, and computer lab; segregated child care center facility; 175-seat chapel; and administrative office area. The campus is centrally located near the junction of Interstate 27 and South Loop 289 in southeast Lubbock. Lubbock ISD operates regular bus service for school-age children from the site to the neighborhood elementary school.
The facility’s private living quarters are enclosed by controlled-access steel fences and security cameras monitor activity in common areas. Residents share access to laundry and exercise rooms, chapel, classrooms, reception & guest area, and dining hall. Outside, residents and their children enjoy secure parking and an enclosed children’s play area. The beautifully landscaped property also incorporates an atrium prayer garden as well as a vegetable garden, which is irrigated by the on-site well and pump system. Fresh fruits and vegetables from this community-tended garden supplement meals prepared for residents.

The fully-furnished apartments include a kitchen with microwave oven and refrigerator, living room with television and personal computer, and a private bathroom. My Father’s House Lubbock operates a used clothing boutique staffed by volunteers and stocked through community donations to supplement clothing requirements of students and their children.
Two fully-equipped apartments provide housing for house parents and the facility administrator who reside at My Father’s House. This resident staff offers constant supervision and guidance to the occupants and continuous maintenance and administration of the campus.
Women may reside at My Father’s House Lubbock for the duration of their educational and vocational training and transitional period.
